Mr Stewart has over 30 years of international legal and commercial experience, particularly in the resources industry, in Africa, Asia, North America and Australia.
Mr Stewart worked as an in-house lawyer for Anglo American plc for over ten years. Mr Stewart has strong commercial experience in the junior mining and resources sector having been involved in the management of several junior listed resource companies from 2003 in a variety of roles including Vice President- Corporate Development, Managing Director, Executive and Non-Executive Director and Chairman .
Mr Stewart holds a Bachelor of Journalism majoring in Journalism and Law from Rhodes University (South Africa) and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Cape Town (South Africa). He is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Mr Ross is a geologist, independent consultant, and public company director who has been involved in the international minerals industry in technical, business development, and corporate positions for 30 years. Stephen has sourced significant investments for junior explorers and pre-development resource companies worldwide while holding managing director and technical positions when based in Central Asia, West Africa and Sri Lanka.He holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance & Investment. He is also a member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Stephen is currently non-executive Chairman of Power Minerals Limited (ASX:PNN), and is a non-executive director of ASX-listed Pinnacle Minerals Limited (ASX:PIM), Summit Minerals Limited (ASX:SUM) and Trigg Minerals Limited (ASX:TMG).
Dr Stuart is a geoscientist who has worked in mineral exploration for the last 25 years. He has successfully explored for precious and base metals as well as bulk commodities in Australia, North America, Africa, the Former Soviet Union and Asia. He has worked for listed junior explorers and major mining companies. Rob spent 5 years as Program Manager – Minerals Exploration at BHP Billiton where he managed regional exploration for Russia and Central Asia exploring for Copper, Nickel and Metallurgical coal. Prior to that he was Program Manager for near mine exploration at BHP Billiton / Nickel West in Western Australia.
Mr Flint is a qualified accountant and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He has been involved in the resources sector for the past 25 years as a director or company secretary of ASX and Toronto Stock Exchange-listed companies with mineral projects in Australia, Africa, and Asia. He has significant experience in managing and administrating publicly listed companies exploring and developing mineral projects in francophone Africa.
Mr Jurman is a CPA with more than 20 years' experience and has been involved with a diverse range of Australian public listed companies in company secretarial and financial roles. He has extensive experience including liaison with ASX and ASIC, control and implementation of corporate governance, statutory financial reporting, and shareholder relations. He is currently company secretary of Lord Resources Limited, Platina Resources Limited, Carnavale Resources Limited and Tempest Minerals Limited.
